At Maharaj Fashion Hub, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy to understand delivery timelines, charges, and related terms.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Time

• The estimated delivery time for each product is listed on its product detail page.
• Delivery time begins from the date of Order Confirmation.
• We use trusted courier partners including Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and Delhivery.

🇮🇳 Domestic Shipping (Within India)

• Delivery Time: 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• Shipping Charges: Free shipping on all domestic orders.
• Special Cases:
• Ready-to-Wear Sarees require an additional 7 business days.
• Customized products (e.g., blouse stitching) may take 7–10 additional business days.

🌍 International Shipping (Outside India)

• Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on order weight.
• Delivery Time: Handcrafted products may take 30–35 business days to dispatch.
• Customs & Duties:
• All customs duties and local taxes must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
• Charges vary depending on the destination country's regulations.

Please contact the Maharaj Fashion Hub Team before placing your order to confirm availability and delivery timelines.

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• Our team will contact you to confirm all COD orders before dispatch.
• COD orders will only be shipped after confirmation from the customer.
• Prepaid orders are dispatched automatically within the standard processing time.
• If there is no response within 3 days, the COD order will be cancelled automatically.

🚫 Failed Deliveries & Re-attempts

• If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, a second attempt will be made after reconfirmation.
• If the second attempt fails, a third attempt will only be made if the customer agrees to pay additional shipping charges.
• If the customer cannot or does not pay these charges, the order will be cancelled, and we reserve the right to decline future orders from that customer.

❌ Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
• Refunds will only be processed in eligible cases as per our return/refund policy.
