📦 Return Policy

If you'd like to return a product, please follow the guidelines below:

• Return Policy

  1. Return Window: Return requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

  2. Condition of Product: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as delivered.

  3. Tags & Packaging: The original tags must be intact and the product should be returned with its original packaging.

  4. Image Verification: We take images of every product before dispatch. When we receive your return, the product must match our dispatch images. If there is any difference (usage, stains, damage, missing items, or broken tags), the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.

  5. No Refund for Used Items: Products that are used, washed, damaged, or with broken/missing tags will not be eligible for return/refund.

⚠️ Important:

• Products bought during sales, discounts, with coupon codes, or part of clearance sales are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

💰 Refund Options

We offer two refund methods for your convenience:

1. E-Wallet Credit

• Receive 100% store credit for the full value of your purchase.
• Bonus: Get a ₹300 gift voucher for future use.
• Credit can be used anytime on Maharajfashionhub.com and will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

2. Bank Transfer

• Receive approximately 75% of the product price after processing fees.
• A ₹200 pickup charge  + Other expense  will apply (charges may vary depending on product size/weight).
• Refunds will be processed via Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or bank transfer.
  Note: Cash refunds are not available.

🔁 Return Process

1. Initiate Return: Once your return request is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days./ Or you have to return it to our return address as per comunication
2. Product Inspection: The item will be inspected upon arrival at our warehouse to ensure eligibility for a refund.
3. Refund Issuance: Once approved, your refund amount will be confirmed and processed within 2–3 business days.

🎥 Returning Your Product

• 360-Degree Video: Before opening the package, please record and share a clear video showing the item’s condition.
• Reverse Pickup: Ensure the product is unused and all tags are intact.
• Self-Shipping (if required): If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may ship the item back at your own expense. Be sure to include your Order Number and Return ID.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched from our warehouse.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. Please follow the return policy if needed.
